It was a gorgeous day for the finals at the beautiful and challenging course of West Hill Golf Club.  
Gorse and heather could be seen everywhere and the practice rounds scared most of us!

Muswell Hill were drawn against Essex in the morning and although all of the ladies fought a valiant battle MHGC lost the fight but it was very tight indeed.  Two great wins from Mandy Miller & Claire Lawson brought great optimism and so it was heartbreaking to watch two of our strongest players lose on the 19th.  That's golf unfortunately and although we were defeated it was a fantastic experience for all concerned.

Essex lost out to Mid-Herts in the afternoon final.
