Tara - County Champion 2003

Tara became the County Champion at 21 years old with the following results and making MHGC extremely proud:

Tara beat Beverly McCormack on the 18th in the Quarter-final

After being 4 down after 9 holes Tara played like a true champion winning the next 7 holes on the trot to beat Clare Irons on the 16th in the Semi-final!

Tara beat Jane Rees (Hendon) 4 & 2 in the Final to become the County Champion for the 1st time.
